ALIGN Initiative brings together a multidisciplinary team of practitioners with experience across public-sector reform, donor-funded programs, and private-sector advisory work. Collectively, the team has worked on complex initiatives spanning health systems, education reform, public finance, and institutional strengthening, operating in environments that require coordination across multiple stakeholders, funding streams, and governance structures.

What the ALIGN Initiative team brings is a combination of strategic rigor and practical execution. Team members have supported governments, development partners, and private-sector actors in designing reforms that align policy objectives with financing mechanisms and implementation realities.  ALIGN Initiative’s mission is to support governments and partners in designing and sustaining health and education systems that endure beyond project cycles. We work to align policy, financing, and institutional capacity so that reforms are embedded within national systems and can be maintained over time.
